Process Summary

Hokie Helper was a team-based project focused on prototyping an AI chatbot for an existing organization without a current chatbot solution. Working in a group of three designers, we developed a chatbot concept for Virginia Tech and its students. The prototype demonstrated support across three key areas: class scheduling, academic planning, and mental health resources. My role centered on user interface and user experience design, as well as crafting the chatbot’s text content and overall layout.
